How long does the work take?
An empty 2-bedroom flat usually takes one day. With furniture to cover and put back, allow 1.5–2 days. We confirm the exact timing during the survey.
What is included in the price?
Our prices cover labour: protective covers, masking and the final clean-up are included. Paint and materials are supplied by the client; we can supply them for an additional charge. Extra work such as plaster, skim or crack repair is quoted separately during the survey.
Can you paint a furnished flat?
Yes. Furniture is covered with protective sheets and fragile items are gathered together. Everything goes back in place once the paint is dry.
Which paint brands do you use?
Paint and materials are normally supplied by the client. If you prefer, we can supply Filli Boya, Marshall or Dyo and add it to the invoice, so you can see exactly what is being used.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole Asian side of Istanbul: Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla, Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ataşehir, Ümraniye, Sancaktepe, Sultanbeyli, Çekmeköy, Beykoz, Şile and the Princes’ Islands.
How do I pay?
Cash or bank transfer on completion. For larger jobs a deposit may be taken at the start, with the balance due on handover.
Do you guarantee the work?
We guarantee our workmanship. If paint peels or blisters, we come back and take a look. Details are agreed during the survey.
Is the survey free?
Yes — the site visit and the quote are free of charge.
